Hi, Beth here. I am a strategist and problem-solver with +15 years of experience working with mission-driven organizations. My favorite type of work expands opportunity and removes barriers for the most disinvested communities.

My work as a trusted advisor spans strategic planning and implementation, facilitation, and research. I’ve worked across nonprofits, higher education, philanthropy, community development, and local government. I am also a reformed CPA.

In my free time you can find me baking bread and carrot cake, taking my rescue pitbull to agility courses (with very limited success), reading sci-fi and fantasy, and trying every restaurant in Chicago.
